Role Summary:
This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses develop and document individualized care plans, collaborate with an interprofessional team, and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting their values and cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- RN licensure required; no prior experience necessary, but 2 years of experience is preferred.
