Role Overview:
This position involves providing high-quality acute care nursing to patients with complex medical conditions, collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver effective treatment. Nurses will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, education on illness management, and communication across the care continuum. Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree, RN licensure, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care within standards of nursing practice
