Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care Clinical Care Annex
Provide evidence-based bedside nursing care for patients during acute episodes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to support optimal clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care and coordinate complex treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Support patients and families through acute care needs and transitions.
- Ensure safe transitions across the continuum of care.
- Maintain patient safety, quality standards, and effective clinical communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN licensure and strong acute care nursing competency.
