Role Overview:
This position involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with acute medical conditions. The RN will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with an interprofessional team, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, promoting healing environments, and using critical nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural backgrounds.
Key Duties:
- Deliver patient-centered care and education on illness management and post-treatment needs.
- Develop, implement, and document care plans with measurable goals.

- Maintain safety and regulatory standards in all patient interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN license.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
- Ability to work in safety-sensitive environments and demonstrate alertness and professionalism.
