Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions within established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree and RN licensure.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and two years of experience.
