ABA Therapist providing 1:1, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center-based settings.
Key Duties
- Implement individualized treatment plans under clinical direction
- Support behavior reduction and teach skill acquisition
- Collect accurate, timely data to monitor and report progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the care team to support consistency of care
- Maintain strong communication, clinical excellence, and a commitment to continuous learning
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based interventions
- Ability to work 1:1 with children and follow individualized programs
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork with caregivers and clinical staff
