Job opportunity for an RN in Case Management located in Melrose, MA, for a 13-week temporary contract at a healthcare facility.
Coordinates total nursing care for adult-geriatrics patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership within the care team.
Maintains professional nursing standards in a clinical setting.
Requires 2+ years of RN case management experience, strong clinical skills, and preferred travel healthcare experience.
Must hold a Massachusetts license, BLS certification, and have reliable transportation.
Schedule: 36 hours/week, 12-hour shifts, starting July 21, 2025.
