Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Transplant for a full-time, ongoing position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
36 hours/week, day shift, staff role.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, planning and implementing individualized care, monitoring changes, and coordinating discharge planning.
Promotes patient safety, collaborates with the healthcare team, and supports quality improvement initiatives.
Ensures ethical practice, effective communication, and professional development.
Provides age-specific care, demonstrates critical decision-making, and maintains compliance with certifications.
Requires RN licensure, BLS certification, completion of an approved nursing program, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.
Must be physically capable of lifting and moving patients, operating equipment, and working in a clinical environment with potential exposure to hazards.
