A Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health is needed for an ongoing, full-time daytime position in Golf, Illinois, working 40 hours weekly.
Responsibilities include developing therapeutic nurse/patient relationships, providing individualized care, and assessing patient needs.
Ensures quality care, participates in quality improvement, and promotes patient safety.
Educates patients and families, assessing learning needs and supporting staff development.
Uses nursing processes for clinical decision-making, prioritizing care, and coordinating interdisciplinary efforts.
Demonstrates leadership, effective communication, and maintains current certifications.
Requires RN licensure, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and at least one year of medical-surgical experience.
