Speech Language Pathologist

This position involves providing direct patient care as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on maximizing patients’ speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and obtain physician approvals.

Deliver individualized therapy, document services accurately, and communicate progress with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.

Supervise clinical staff and contribute to professional development through education and peer collaboration.

Participate in team meetings, discharge planning, and educational activities to enhance patient outcomes and facility culture.

Ensure safety practices and maintain a safe work environment.
