Speech-Language Pathologist

The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is a licensed professional responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering speech therapy services to pediatric patients to promote positive outcomes.

They evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, swallow, and cognitive-communicative disorders using clinical observations, caregiver reports, and standardized tests.

Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate family values, clinical guidelines, and patient’s deficits.

Document progress, adjust goals, and provide therapy supporting sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.

Work in a pediatric-focused clinic delivering play-based therapy in a playful, engaging environment.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Maryland or Delaware licensure, and full-time availability Monday to Friday. Compensation ranges from $78,769.60 to $122,116.80 annually.
