Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based practices.
- Provide culturally competent, relationship-based care that respects patient individuality.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current RN licensure (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of accredited nursing education required.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and commitment to quality improvement.
