Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff recruitment, training, assignments, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Develop and adhere to departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, responding to business changes.
- Oversee patient care plans aligned with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, ensuring documentation compliance.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll updates, and communication, including meetings and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of an RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience is desirable.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience in neurology or related clinical specialties.
