Registered Nurse – Critical Care – Full Time Nights

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient conditions within a supportive environment. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care according to policies.
  • Prioritize patient flow, document assessments, interventions, and incidents accurately.
  • Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals.
  • Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications; pursue ongoing development and leadership growth.
  • Mentor and support fellow nurses, promote professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree.
  • Current licensing and certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
  • Proficiency in patient care, communication, teamwork, and quality improvement.
  • Ability to self-manage professional growth and contribute to a positive work environment.
