Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatments. Serves as a primary point of contact between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and patient advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions to develop and execute care plans.
- Collaborate with care team members to ensure coordinated, safe, and effective care delivery.
- Document assessments, care provided, patient education, and incidents accurately.
- Address patient and family concerns, provide health education, and promote patient-centered care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing professional development.
- Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and adherence to standards.
- Support shared governance, uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills necessary.
