Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team functions, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to help achieve recovery goals and celebrate patient victories.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current licensure or certification as per state regulations

CPR certification (required or obtained within 30 days)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program

Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice

Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred
