Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and coordinate care plans, ensure safe and effective care, and maintain accurate documentation. Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate families on health issues. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education includes an Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Must hold current BLS and RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact). Demonstrates professional growth, leadership, and mentorship abilities. Adheres to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Additional Duties: Support organizational goals, uphold policies, and engage in ongoing professional development. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure high-quality patient care and team collaboration.
