Join our team as a full-time, night shift Medical Surgical Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating safe patient care for diverse populations.
Responsibilities include: assessing patient and family needs, developing and revising individualized care plans, evaluating care delivery, and delegating tasks to optimize outcomes, all within the guidelines of the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications: current Kansas RN Licensure, associate’s degree in nursing, BLS certification within 14 days, with additional certifications such as ACLS or oncology as required for specific units. All certifications must be completed within the first year.
Preferred skills and experience: bachelor’s degree in nursing, at least one year of recent healthcare experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
