Role: Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA – Virology)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a scientific SME in Virology Clinical Trials, providing expertise to management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate on business development, develop proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
- Oversee scientific aspects of studies, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Lead development and peer review of study documents such as protocols, CRFs, analysis plans, and reports.
- Maintain knowledge of clinical research guidelines, study designs, and regulatory requirements; develop training programs.
- Enhance organizational capacity by improving scientific and operational methodologies and supporting technology solutions.
- Develop business opportunities in post-marketing safety and risk management, and foster relationships with sponsors and investigators.
- Contribute to industry publications, abstracts, presentations, and scientific manuscripts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
- Expertise in clinical trial designs, especially post-marketing and late-phase studies.
- Knowledge of statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team skills.
- Proven leadership and technical expertise in epidemiology or related fields.
