Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing evidence-based nursing aligned with professional standards and organizational values.
Responsibilities: Performs comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans, and collaborates with patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes. Coordinates care delivery, documents accurately, and promotes a respectful, inclusive environment. Supports performance improvement initiatives and participates in research and evidence-based practices. Acts as a preceptor and mentors colleagues to foster professional growth. Contributes to protocol development and resource management to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications: Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, valid RN license (single or multi-state), and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Less than one year of nursing experience is preferred, with strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and utilize technology is essential.
