Seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine to join a collaborative, team-based primary care practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a defined panel of adult and pediatric patients with full-scope primary care, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Providing comprehensive, relationship-centered care with a focus on long-term patient partnerships.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, specialists, and supporting services to ensure coordinated care.
- Fostering shared decision-making and empowering patients and families to participate actively in their health.
- Engaging in culturally competent and affirming care, including serving LGBTQIA+ communities.
Qualifications include:
- At least 1 year of APC experience and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Massachusetts licensure, national certification, and active DEA and controlled substances registration.
- Maintains BLS certification; professional certifications as appropriate.
- Preferred: 4+ years of NP experience.
