The role emphasizes member choice, harm reduction, non-coercion, flexibility, and person-centered care.
Post-housing support continues for several months to ensure stability and independence.
This field-based position requires periodic on-call coverage, flexible hours, and travel across three counties.
Qualifications include a licensed master’s degree in social work, counseling, nursing, or psychology; MSW candidates with plans for licensure are considered.
