Speech Language Pathologist

This role involves providing direct patient care as a Speech-Language Pathologist to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, including evaluations, treatment planning, and family education.

  • Deliver personalized treatment programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop approved care plans.
  • Document services accurately, manage billing, and handle regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, integrate findings, and contribute to patient and family education.
  • Supervise clinical staff and support professional development through ongoing education and peer interactions.
  • Promote a positive, safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, current license in California, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
  • Full-time or part-time, with benefits including health insurance and relocation assistance, at a pay rate of $58-$62/hour.
