Wound Care Nurse Practitioner – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our mobile wound care team in Providence, RI, as 1099 independent contractors. This flexible, weekday-only role offers full schedule autonomy with no calls, weekends, or holidays.

Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

Apply advanced dressings, negative pressure therapy, and perform debridement.

Monitor for infections, educate patients/caregivers, and ensure documentation compliance.

Qualifications include active Rhode Island NP license, prescriptive authority, national certification, BLS, and relevant experience. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Compensation is up to $200,000+ annually under a fee-for-service model. Malpractice insurance is provided. Work involves in-person visits at homes, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient centers.
