Provide outpatient wound care as part of a collaborative team of wound care physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff.
Key Duties
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with the wound care team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Use the Epic electronic medical record to document assessments, care plans, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with clinical support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in wound care.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic preferred).
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.
- Willingness to learn and apply mentorship and evidence-based practices.
