Provide outpatient wound care as part of a collaborative team of wound care physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff. Utilize Epic electronic medical records to document assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Key Duties
- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic wounds in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and manage individualized wound care plans in coordination with the care team.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using the Epic electronic medical record.
- Coordinate with clinical support staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Engage in collaborative decision-making and clinical problem-solving.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex wound care needs.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with multidisciplinary providers.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation (Epic preferred/required).
