Role: PRN Registered Nurse specializing in wound care
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer dressings and therapies
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on wound prevention, skin integrity, and self-care
- Accurately document care in the EMR
- Support quality, safety, and infection control standards
- Deliver evidence-based wound treatment in a compassionate, patient-first environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN licensure
- Experience or expertise in wound care
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
- Commitment to patient education and safety standards
