Role: Provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients on a specialized obstetric and gynecological unit.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical judgment.
- Manage care for patients in labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and post-operative gynecological settings.
- Support a positive patient experience through compassionate and effective nursing interventions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in obstetric, gynecological, or related nursing care.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to apply evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and patient support skills.
- Ability to coordinate care effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
