Role Overview: A licensed physician providing virtual, patient-centered care across multiple states, primarily focusing on addiction treatment, weight management, and telehealth services.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality virtual assessments, reviews, and treatments.
- Building therapeutic doctor-patient relationships with compassionate care.
- Ordering and interpreting lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
- Prescribing medications, including buprenorphine for opioid addiction, within regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
- Staying updated on medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses.
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
- Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, over four days.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
- DEA certification and relevant state-specific credentials.
