Provide virtual medical care by conducting patient assessments and reviewing medical histories to inform clinical decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop treatment plans based on patient findings and clinical history
- Order, interpret, and review laboratory results
- Prescribe medications when appropriate
- Maintain accurate, complete medical documentation in EMR systems
- Deliver care via telehealth while coordinating with a multidisciplinary care team
Qualifications & skills:
- Active physician licenses in at least five states
- Strong clinical judgment for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Proficiency using telehealth platforms and EMR tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Available to provide at least 15 hours per week across four or more days.
