Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction, emergency, or urgent care. This role offers flexibility to work remotely with minimal administrative duties, focusing on delivering compassionate, patient-centered telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual patient assessments, review medical histories, and determine appropriate treatments.
- Order and interpret lab tests to inform clinical decisions.
- Prescribe medications, including buprenorphine for opioid addiction, adhering to regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active medical licenses in at least three, ideally five, U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (support provided).
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person care settings.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence.
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records (training provided).
- DEA certification and applicable state licenses as needed.
Key Duties:
Provide efficient, patient-centered virtual care, order tests, prescribe medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to improve access to care, especially in underserved communities. Maintain compliance and documentation, and stay informed on industry advancements.
