Role Overview:
Seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care. The role involves patient assessments, medical history reviews, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. Physicians will maintain documentation, stay updated on medical advancements, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional virtual consultations and medical evaluations
- Order and interpret lab tests for informed treatment decisions
- Prescribe medications and guide proper usage
- Collaborate with healthcare staff for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, states (including CA, FL, NC, PA, TX)
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence
- Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs
- DEA certification and applicable CSL
