Vascular Sonographer performs high-quality, noninvasive vascular ultrasound exams, including arterial, venous, carotid, and abdominal vascular studies. Acquires and analyzes images using Doppler techniques while following established clinical protocols. Collaborates with radiologists and vascular specialists to support accurate diagnoses and timely patient care.
Key duties:
- Prepare patients for exams and provide patient education.
- Acquire, interpret, and document ultrasound findings according to protocol.
- Record results in the EMR.
- Ensure equipment safety and perform quality control.
- Maintain a compassionate, team-based approach focused on continuous improvement and community health.
