Role: Urologist for a solo start-up position within a hospital group with multiple locations in South Florida, including Hialeah, Coral Gables, North Miami, and Broward County.
Responsibilities: Provide urological care, establish and grow a new practice, and potentially participate in a teaching hospital environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates can be recent fellows or practicing physicians. Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus. Strong clinical skills and the ability to develop a solo practice are desired.
Key Duties: Deliver urological services, collaborate with hospital staff, and leverage provided marketing support to build a patient base. A relocation package is available if needed.
