This position is for a Physician in a clinical setting, responsible for independently diagnosing and treating acute conditions such as infections, injuries, and minor illnesses.
Requires graduation from an accredited medical school, with 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience, including adult and pediatric care preferred.Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine, with active state medical licensure.Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine and skills in procedures like suturing and splinting are essential.Key duties include examining patients, taking histories, ordering diagnostics, diagnosing, prescribing treatments, and supervising PA/NP colleagues remotely.Work shifts are typically 8 or 12 hours, with additional responsibilities such as patient education and referrals.Strong communication, attentive listening, and EMR experience are preferred. The role emphasizes providing quality patient care and collaboration within the team.
