Performing examinations, diagnosing, treating acute conditions, and managing minor injuries. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients. Supervising PA/NP colleagues remotely and acting as a collaborating physician during credentialing. Requires a medical degree, 2-5 years of post-residency experience, and board certification or eligibility in Family or Emergency Medicine. Preferably has experience in urgent care or emergency medicine, with strong communication and customer service skills. Shifts typically span 8-12 hours, with responsibilities including documentation, patient education, and follow-up care.
