Urgent Care Physician/Medical Director

Seeking an experienced full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine physician to join a busy urgent care team in Fairless Hills, PA. The candidate must hold a valid PA medical license and be board certified or eligible. The role offers leadership opportunities with administrative time and stipends, with initial part-time options available.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Oversee other providers to ensure excellent clinical care, compliance, and staff motivation.

Collaborate on clinical protocols, safety initiatives, and operational improvements.

Demonstrate passion for patient experience and patient-centered care.

Job type: Full-time; Pay: $150/hour; Benefits include 401(k), dental, and health insurance. Schedule involves 8-10 hour shifts, including weekends as needed. Preferred 3+ years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience. In-person work required.
