Urgent Care Physician/Medical Director

Seeking an experienced full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine physician to join our team at a busy urgent care center in Fairless Hills, PA.
Candidate must hold a valid Pennsylvania medical license and be board certified or eligible.
Ideal for those with urgent care experience interested in a leadership role with dedicated administrative time and stipend; part-time options available.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting.

Oversee other providers to ensure clinical excellence, policy compliance, and staff motivation.

Collaborate on developing clinical protocols, safety initiatives, and operational improvements.

Demonstrate a passion for patient experience and patient-centered care.

Job details include a full-time schedule with various shifts, a pay rate of $150/hour, and benefits such as 401(k), dental, and health insurance.
Preferred candidates have at least 3 years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
Work is in person, with weekend shifts as needed.
