Urgent Care Physician/Medical Director

Seeking an experienced full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine physician to join a busy urgent care team in Fairless Hills, PA. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Pennsylvania medical license and be board certified or eligible.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting.

Oversee and mentor other providers to ensure exceptional clinical standards, compliance, and staff motivation.

Collaborate with leadership on clinical protocols, safety, and operational improvements.

Demonstrate a passion for patient experience and patient-centered care.

The role offers a full-time position with a pay rate of $150/hour, benefits including 401(k), dental, and health insurance, and flexible scheduling with shifts of 8 or 10 hours, including weekends as needed. Prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience of 3+ years is preferred. Initial part-time employment is also available.

Work is in person, and leadership opportunities include administrative time and stipends.
