Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO)

This full-time, clinic-based physician role offers a rotating 3/4 schedule with competitive pay ($115–$140/hour) and comprehensive benefits, including insurance, retirement plans, malpractice coverage, and professional development support.

Provide direct patient care in a high-volume urgent care setting, managing acute conditions independently.

Perform urgent procedures such as laceration repairs, fracture management, and wound care.

Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients.

Work in fully equipped clinics with established workflows, supporting quality outcomes and efficient patient flow.

Qualifications include an active Alabama medical license, board certification or eligibility, DEA registration, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience is preferred. The role involves a rotating schedule with no on-call duties and opportunities for growth within the network, including leadership and mentorship roles.
