Role Summary: Provide independent assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute illnesses and minor injuries in a modern urgent care setting.
Key Duties:
- Evaluate adult and pediatric patients and manage presenting acute conditions.
- Perform appropriate diagnostic testing and therapeutic procedures.
- Order and utilize imaging and laboratory services as clinically indicated.
- Document clinical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans using an advanced electronic medical record.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to provide independent clinical evaluation and treatment.
- Competence in both adult and pediatric clinical services.
- Strong clinical judgment in selecting diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Proficiency using imaging, lab resources, and electronic medical documentation systems.
