Unit Manager (RN)

Seeking a compassionate RN with at least 2 years of long-term care experience and 1 year of management to serve as a Unit Manager.

In this role, you will

oversee nursing services, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance,

lead staffing and professional development,

coordinate resident assessments, and address grievances.

Requirements include an active RN license, current CPR certification, and a nursing degree from an accredited institution. Prior management and long-term care experience are preferred.
