The Unit Manager/Director – RN supports the Director of Nursing by overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate nursing and patient care to align with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient/resident outcomes.
- Manage human resources, including staffing, recruiting, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.
