Seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic sonography in an academic, patient-centered environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, OB/GYN, and vascular studies
- Optimize image quality and ensure accurate, high-standard diagnostic results
- Maintain patient comfort, safety, and professionalism throughout exams
- Document and complete studies in PACS/EMR systems
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other clinicians to support patient care
- Follow evidence-based protocols and contribute to quality initiatives
- Support teaching and learning in a clinical setting
Qualifications & skills
- Proficiency in diagnostic ultrasound procedures across multiple body systems
- Strong attention to detail, image optimization, and diagnostic accuracy
- Excellent communication and compassionate patient care skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based clinical environment
- Ability to accurately document studies in PACS/EMR
