Role: Ultrasound Technologist providing high-quality ultrasound examinations to assist in patient diagnosis, under physician supervision.
Responsibilities: Ensure proper patient identification, perform and review ultrasound exams for quality, educate patients, maintain infection control, operate equipment, document procedures accurately, and support clinical team with technical expertise.
Skills: Patient care, communication, equipment operation, image evaluation, advanced ultrasound techniques, teamwork, safety practices, and computer literacy.
Qualifications: ARDMS registration with relevant registries, BLS certification, and varying experience levels depending on the role (Tech I or II). Pediatric and vascular experience preferred for higher levels.
Physical Requirements: Ability to read, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, lift and transport patients and supplies, and stand for extended periods.
This full-time position involves working at a hospital in Denver, with a salary range of $39.16 to $60.42 per hour, and offers comprehensive benefits.
