We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join a dedicated clinical team providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and young adults.
Previous experience in a clinical mental/behavioral health setting is required.
Must have a Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field, or be enrolled in a Doctorate program.
Licensed, pre-licensed, or able to transfer license in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology in the service state.
Experience with individual, family, and group therapy, especially with youth, preferred.
Passion for working with adolescents and young adults, including those with mental health, substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma challenges.
Responsibilities include providing therapy for clients with various mental health issues, maintaining detailed documentation, conducting clinical interviews, developing rapport over a 28-35 day treatment plan, and collaborating with families and clinical teams on discharge and aftercare planning.
