Role: Dental Hygienist responsible for providing quality, compassionate dental care and supporting office operations.
Key Duties:
- Deliver patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride treatments under dentist supervision.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment options.
- Assess dental conditions, review medical history, and assist with charting and documentation.
- Take x-rays, ensure compliance with regulations, and guide patients through treatments for a positive experience.
- Support team collaboration and uphold company standards and government regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands-on assessment.
- Passion for working with children (majority of patients).
- Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
