Role Overview: Provides advanced nursing care in an emergency department up to level 1 trauma designation, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team approach. Focuses on evidence-based practice, patient wellness, and safety, with opportunities to precept new healthcare staff and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care, prioritize patient needs, contribute to safety and quality measures, and support team collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN license or eNLC privileges in Colorado
- Minimum of 1-year nursing experience
- Certifications in ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
