Role Overview: Provides high-level nursing care in the Emergency Department Float Pool, including up to Level 1 trauma cases, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.
Responsibilities: Delivers direct patient care, models proficiency through precepting, prioritizes patient wellness, and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.
Qualifications: Active CO RN license or eNLC privileges, minimum 1-year experience, and certifications in ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN, and BLS.
