Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in an Acute Care Float Pool, providing direct patient care in specialty Med-Surg units with moderate to high acuity.
Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice utilizing the nursing process, prioritize patient safety and evidence-based care, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, precept new staff, and contribute to quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, at least 1 year of experience, and BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross. Strong clinical skills, adaptability, teamwork, and commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
